Recruiting TLJ's lawyers work together to solve the complex legal questions presented by our clients. A large portion of TLJ’s practice is the representation of insurance companies in their most demanding matters. TLJ provides advice and counseling to insurers and reinsurers on challenging legal issues. TLJ also litigates complex coverage and "bad faith" issues in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, TLJ has a general commercial litigation practice representing companies in other industries at both the trial and appellate levels.
