Chuck Chotvacs focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling insurance industry clients on complex coverage issues related to directors and officers, errors and omissions, employment practices, and other professional liability insurance. Chuck has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the country at both the trial and appellate level, as well as before administrative bodies.
Prior to joining LJW in 2009, Chuck was a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a large national firm where he focused on employment litigation and counseling, insurance and surety defense, complex contract disputes, and real estate litigation. Chuck brings to his practice a strong knowledge of the legislative process, which he acquired while working on Capitol Hill for two members of the Colorado delegation to the U.S. House of Representatives.
