Peter Oh joined Thompson, Loss & Judge, LLP as an associate in 2008. Mr. Oh focuses his practice primarily on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oh was an Assistant Public Defender at the Office of the Public Defender for Arlington County, Virginia. Mr. Oh defended indigent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors and he tried a number of cases to judges and juries.
Mr. Oh began his legal career with a judicial clerkship for the Honorable C. Lynwood Smith, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, from 2004 to 2006.
