M. David Maloney is an associate practicing primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Mr. Maloney’s litigation experience includes both trial and appellate work. In addition, Mr. Maloney provides insurance coverage counseling.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Maloney was part of a regional insurance litigation practice and the general litigation practice group of a major international law firm.
