Prior to founding Thompson, Loss & Judge, LLP in October 2003, along with Pete Thompson and Lew Loss, Tom Judge was a partner with Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP in Washington, DC. A litigator, Mr. Judge specializes in D&O and other professional liability matters including E&O claims against bankers, investment fund managers, attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers, real estate and title agents, and technology consultants.
Mr. Judge also specializes in evaluating and defending extracontractual liability claims. In addition to representing clients in courts around the country, Mr. Judge has extensive experience in ADR proceedings, including arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Judge has been named as one of "America's Leading Lawyers for Business" by Chambers USA (2009) and has been selected for inclusion in the International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance for 2009.
