Matthew Dendinger is an associate with Thompson, Loss & Judge, LLP. Since joining TLJ in 2005, a substantial part of his multifaceted practice has been counseling TLJ’s insurance industry clients on complex coverage issues arising from Directors & Officers and Commercial General Liability insurance policies, as well as representing those clients in insurance coverage and “bad faith” litigation throughout the country.
In addition to his insurance coverage and “bad faith” practice, Mr. Dendinger has experience representing businesses, both large and small, in general commercial litigation, products liability defense, and marketplace liability matters. Prior to joining TLJ, Mr. Dendinger was an associate in the highly regarded litigation department of a large Chicago law firm, where his practice was focused in these areas.
During his career, Mr. Dendinger’s litigation experience has extended to both the trial and appellate level of state and federal courts throughout the country, and, in particular, he has been actively involved in the prosecution and defense of appellate matters in the United States Courts of Appeals in multiple circuits.
