Charles W. Chotvacs joined Thompson, Loss & Judge, LLP as an associate in 2009.  Mr. Chotvacs focuses his practice primarily on insurance coverage litigation and counseling.

Mr. Chotvacs has represented clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as before administrative bodies.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chotvacs was a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a large national firm where he focused on employment litigation and counseling, insurance and surety defense, complex contract disputes, and real estate litigation.  Mr. Chotvacs brings to his practice a strong knowledge of the legislative process, which he acquired while working on Capitol Hill for two members of the Colorado delegation to the U.S. House of Representatives.
